Day 01: DEHRADUN ARRIVAL & STAY

Our primary Heli-tour base is Dehradun, It serves as the Chardham Yatra’s beginning and endpoints.
Pick up from Dehradun airport by our representative. Our crew will give you a briefing on Helicopter and details about the schedule in the evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.

Day 2: DEHRADUN TO YAMUNOTRI

Morning Flying from Sahatradhara Helipad, Dehradun to Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotri.
Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is a 6km trek(each side) which will be covered by riding on a pony or by palki
VIP Darshan and overnight stay at Kharsali,

Day 3: VISIT TO GANGOTRI DHAM

After breakfast, fly from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad. From Harsil, we drive to The Gangotriji temple. The distance is around 22 Km, VIP darshan for all our clients.
You will be blessed by the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali/Harsil.
Harsil is a beautiful valley with dense forests and green mountains

Day 4: VISIT TO KEDARNATH JI

Morning drive to Harsil Helipad & fly to Kedartnathji (Guptkashi/Sirsi Helipad). Kedarnath Temple is 500 meters away, it takes 15 min to reach
Our executive will lead you to VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan, fly back to Sersi helipad.
Overnight stay at Guptkashi/Sirsi.

Day 5: VISIT TO BADRINATH DHAM

After breakfast, flying from Sirsi Helipad to Badrinath Helipad. From the Helipad our executive will take you for VIP darshan at Badrinath
Passengers can view Aarti and other Pooja on their own in the evening.
Overnight Stay at Badrinath.

Day 6: BADRINATH TO DEHRADUN

Early in the morning fly back to Dehradun, remember to see the beautiful aerial view of the five confluences like Vishnuprayag, Nandaprayag Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag and Devprayag
Our Representative will drop you at the hotel to collect baggage and later he will drop you at Dehradun Airport.

For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable

ADD-ON SERVICES

Maha Abhishek Puja at Badrinath Ji: INR 4300/-person. Total amount has to be paidin cash to SBTM Representative at Dehradun, so that we can arrange and book the ppuja in advance on behalf of each passenger.
Note: Maha Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Badrinathji Mandir Samiti.
Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnathji:- INR 6500 for 05 people. Total amount has to be paid in cash to SBTM representative at Dehradun, so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance on behalf of each passenger. Arrangement of Rudra Abhishek Puja will be done subject to availability of rooms at Kedarnath. Top, as passengers will have to stay there overnight for the puja. therefore, the additional charges towards the hotel. Stay will be extra chargeable.
Note: Rudra Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Kedarnathji Mandir Samiti.
Disclaimer: Accommodation at Kedarnath top is budget category, and there can be instances of complaints in regards to the hotel services & rooms. Further more, temperature at Kedarnath-top may drop to sub-zero levels at nightin Sep/Oct; therefore passengers are advised to take decission keeping the same in consideration.
Booking of Scheduled/Non-Scheduled Flights or Train Tickets: Price on demand. While our team takes care of your entire Chardham tour, they can also assist you in booking of air/Train tickets to Dehradun.

Things to carry

1- Valid ID Proof

Always carry a valid ID proof with you. It is mandatory to carry a valid ID proof with you while visiting the temples.

2- Travel Documents

Make sure to bring all necessary travel
documents, such as your passport or ID card, and any permits or vouchers required for the journey.

3- Cash & Card

Cash is essential while travelling in remote areas, make sure to carry enough cash and also carry a debit/credit card as a backup.

4- Warm Clothes

The weather in the Himalayas can be unpredictable, so pack warm clothing and rain gear including waterproof jacket, thermal inner wear, gloves and a warm hat.

5- Sturdy Footwear

Bring comfortable and sturdy footwear, such as hiking boots or trekking shoes, to help you navigate the often-difficult terrain.

6- Backpack

A good backpack to carry your essentials and keep your hands free.

7- Torch and Headlamp

A torch and headlamp are essential for navigating the temples at night and for any power cuts.

8- First-aid Kit

It’s always a good idea to bring a basic first-aid kit, including band-aids, painkillers, and any personal medication you may need.

9- Water Bottle

It is very important to stay hydrated while on the journey. It is advisable to carry a water bottle and a water purification tablets.

10- Snacks

some light snacks and energy bars to keep you going during the day.

11- Camera

A camera or a mobile phone to capture the beautiful views and memories.

12- Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is very important while travelling to any remote area. It will help you in case of any emergency.

13- Personal Hygiene Item

Pack your toiletries and personal hygiene items like soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and moisturizer.

By bringing these items, you will be well- prepared for your journey to the Chardham Yatra and have a safe and comfortable experience.

TERM & CONDITIONS

Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with maximum 03 to 05KG weight in the helicopter.
Chardhamhelicopters.com travel bags will be provided. Therefore we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the hotel cloak room.
Children above the age of 02 years will be considered full tickets.
There is no provision of concession tickets to children or senior citizens.
Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days ahead of journey.
In case the Chardham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or the unutilised part of the journey (INR, 20,000/- Dham for each customer) will be refunded.
In case of rescheduling the journey from the customer’s side the booking will be treated As cancelled and a fresh booking is required which is subject to availability of seats.

CANCELATION & REFUND

If the booking is cancelled before 30 Days 75% of the amount will be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled before20 Days50% oftheamountwillberefunded
Later on No Refund Will be entertained.
The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 30 days prior to date of journey otherwise booking stand cancelled without any refund.
In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 20 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 20 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or other wise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of vehicle for their return journey byroad shall be done by us, however, cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour,
We would like to inform our pilgrims that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that pilgrims make their own arrangements for insurance coverage. Please note that all baggage and personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the client at all times.
All extra (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be on their expense.
Any meals, services not utilized, partly unutilised are non-refundable.
The pilgrims have to stick to the itinerary.
The company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond or control.
The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost in case of extended stay or travelling due to any unforeseen reason.
The company will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to natural calamity or unforeseen reasons.
